As a Senior IT Systems Administrator, you will design and manage advanced IT solutions that support both daily operations and future growth. You’ll ensure a stable and secure infrastructure through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll drive innovation, share knowledge, and promote sustainable IT practices in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and future-proof IT solutions.

  • Ensure infrastructure stability through automation and proactive monitoring.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and implement IT improvements.

  • Resolve complex technical issues in Microsoft and Azure environments, networking, and databases.

  • Lead and support IT process optimization and modernization initiatives.

  • Actively share knowledge through documentation, workshops, and mentoring.

  • Support agile project delivery through sprint planning and structured execution.

  • Integrate sustainable IT practices aligned with environmental and social goals.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • At least 7 years of experience in Microsoft and Azure systems administration.

  • Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-700, and SC-100 are highly desirable.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, and SQL database management.

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Azure DevOps.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is a plus.
