Job description
Our customer enables new User Experiences in a car. With more autonomous driving capabilities, new applications will come into the car. Applications to assist you in activities such as in-car entertainment, shopping or working. These applications have one thing in common: the need for a connected car with a large, organic shaped and beautiful screen.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Is part of the software department and interacts directly with the software architects and SW engineers to integrate the software implementations of the various projects.
- Understands the embedded software architectures and detailed designs and integrates the corresponding software of the display modules or display driving boards based on the delivered software requirements.
- Responsible for setting up the project’s integration strategy and adhering to it during development.
- Is responsible for owning, documenting and maintaining the project's SW Integration Test Specifications.
- Developing test cases and executing integration tests in accordance with the SW Integration Test Specifications and internal process/quality guidelines.
- Is able to test software on functional level to make sure the integrations are fully working.
- Responsible for conceptualizing and developing test scripts to automate testing processes and generate test reports.
- Responsible for setting up the project's integration tools (SW/HW) and configuring the target/test environment.
- Support SW releases and discuss with SwPL to align on milestones.
- Acts as a software integration owner demonstrates ownership for the project as an eager, self-propelling and result driven team member.
- Can independently discuss with software- architects, engineers and project leaders on technical and conceptual level.
Job requirements
- Bachelor/Master in Electronics/ Computer Science
- Minimum experience of 5 years with Embedded C
- Minimum experience of 2 years with Autosar OS
- Minimum experience of 1 year with DaVinci Configurator
- Minimum experience of 2 years working according ASPICE process SWE.5
- Experience with Electronic designs
- Experience with systems like Enterprise Architect
- Experience with creating unit/interface tests
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles and practices, including contributing to automation setup and scripts for CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with systems like Jenkins, Easy Redmine/JIRA/Bitbucket, JAMA, Tessy/Unity and Tortoise SVN/GIT is a plus
- Good knowledge of English is assumed
- Team player; good communication skills
- Willing to work in a project with fixed delivery dates
- Accurate, punctual way of working is required
- Willing to travel within Europe and occasionally to Asia
