Support Engineer (French)

In this role, you will work remotely to provide technical support and service requests for clients across Europe. Tasks & Responsibilities

• Supporting various client environments for customers across Europe (French, English and preferably Dutch )
• Independently resolving issues and handling service requests, including first- and second-line support
• Escalating complex problems to specialized support teams when necessary
• Identifying improvement points for clients, the team, and the organization
• Logging activities to ensure quality assurance

Your Profile

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
• Fluent in French and Dutch
• Not afraid to ask for help
• Certifications MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals, and ITIL Foundations (or willingness to obtain them with support)
• 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure (preferably in a similar role)
