Junior System Administrator (German)

We are looking for a motivated Junior System Administrator with fluent German skills to support our growing IT infrastructure. In this role, you will assist in maintaining and improving our systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing first-line support to our German-speaking colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and networks.

• Provide technical support (first- and second-level) to German-speaking users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, user accounts, and access rights.

• Support system updates, backups, and security monitoring to ensure compliance with IT policies.

• Document issues, solutions, and processes clearly and accurately.

• Collaborate with senior administrators on infrastructure improvements and IT projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant education in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong interest in system administration with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.

• Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and comfortable working in English as a company language.
